Whatcha Eating Today - Wednesday (We'll Try This Again)
Hello again everyone! Let's get this party started again in the hopes that everyone joins in on the dance :)
Breakfast - Skinny Cinnamon Vanilla Latte
Snack - Carbmaster Yogurt with Kashi Go Lean Cereal
Lunch - 1/2 grilled chicken spinach wrap - ended up eating only the insides which consisted of chicken, tomato, and lettuce
about 10 Genny's Soy chips
Dinner - Leftover ribeye steak on a bed of lettuce with feta cheese
Snack - Nectar Cappuccino

Ok, here I go. Just want to add that I'm not perfect with my eating. Most days I'm good but I plan to be honest on here. Please don't hate me.

Lunch - Roast beef and swiss sandwich on wheat bread, no crust
Snack-Few bites of chocolate ice cream (NOT RECOMMENDED)
Dinner - Grilled chicken on salad with salsa (no dressing)
PS... I'm looking for 2 ideas. I need ideas for a lunch that I can eat in the car on the way to the Y. I usually eat a sandwich but I'm wanting to get away from bread.
Also, any coffee ideas? I've never liked coffee, but lately I've been craving it. I am using splenda and powder creamer, but would like some flavor. What do you do at home? I don't have a Starbucks near me.

Coffee ideas - I only drink decaf but I love the flavored splenda packets - I'm on a mocha kick right now and then I use the fat free/sugar free french vanilla coffee creamer - feels like a treat to me. Have this about once/week.
Okay, today's meals - I had a long day and sucked at getting any protein shakes in.
Brkfst - 1/2 of a breakstone cottage cheese w/pineapple
Snack - 5 almonds
Lunch - hardboiled egg and a slice of watermelon
snack - 1 oz of low fat cheese
Dinner - 1/4 cup of pulled bbq pork w/ 1/4 cup of coleslaw and a small piece of watermelon

I use Divinci's SF syrups in mine. I have vanilla,caramel,raspberry and hazelnut. I put 1 tsp in my coffee and I have starbucks without the price
Food for me today has been almost non-existant I didnt eat anything all day until 10pm. I have been moving and too hot and cranky to eat today.

All morning long - 7-shot cappucino w/ SF caramel syrup and FF milk
Breakfast - ProComplex Vanilla Protein Shake made w/ 6 oz FF milk
Morning snack - CarbMaster Black Raspberry Yogurt
Lunch - about a cup of salad, 3 oz gilled chicken, 1 tbs ranch dressing, 3 TJ's flatbread crackers
Afternoon snack - 2 oz Laughing Cow lite cheese
Dinner - 1 cup Garlic beef and vegetables
Evening snack - 2 Dove chocolates (!)
