Sorry for being MIA this week - it's been a killer week here at work. Plus, i was sick earlier this week - UGH!
Looks like it's going to be a pretty good day out there - great walking weather, before the humidity kicks in.
So....what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Time to increase my miles, so I'll be doing a 4 1/2 mile interval run....UGH! I HATE interval runs - haha. Plus, it's ab work tonight.
BUT....I'm off tomorrow....YEAH!!!!

Haven't checked in on this thread in a while. I did a 20k bike ride and a 5k run today. I have been mixing up my workouts getting ready for the sprint triathalon this weekend. That is a 1k swim, 12 mile bike, and a 5k run. I do 2/3 of the tri 5 days of the week, so I'll do a swim and run one day, a bike and run another, and a bike and swim the other. I do a 10k run in between and it sets me up for the real thing on the weekend.
Saturday is going to be a fun light day to prep for Sunday and the tri. I am doing the Lee's Friends 5k on my own, then I'll run the 1/2 mile kid's race with the 8-year olds with Alex and then I'll run with the little kids (which will be a fast walk) and do the half mile with Clare (who is 3 now)! I can't wait to run with the tinies!
Glad to see you back in the running. I need you on the streets. You were my first inspiration. You have to keep keeping the folks up and at 'em!
