I need a jump start
Haven't lost any weight in I don't know when. almost 2 months maybe.
I guess I have lost a little in the last few months, but it has got to a crawl. I think I need to do something to drop some major pounds.

Ken, looks like you have been doing well! A slow down is pretty normal and happens a lot, can go on for months with some people as your body adjusts. For a jump start, first make sure you are getting in enough calories, you could be in starvation mode. Up your protein & water, up your exercise and watch your carb intake. You can do this!!
Couple of things to consider:
1. You've lost 23 lbs. in 3 months. That is amazing. We get a messed up vision of this process post-op b/c we lose so quickly at first. 23 lbs. You have to burn 3500 calories to lose a lb. That means you have burned 80,500 more calories than you have taken in....you're doing something right.
2. Court is right. Sometime you slow for no logical reason whatsoever. The body just stalls. Part of the ride. It can be for so many reasons. Could even be that you're starving. Mix up the calories. Try to add a protein shake (even though that runs counter to what you'd think). Up your fluids. Any of these could work.
3. What about exercise? Are you? As you eat more and more as you get further post-op your daily calorie defecit is less. At some point you'll be able to take in more than you burn. You need to make that up with exercise. Take advantage of your new sleekness and get the body used to moving. You don't have to run marathons. Just a brisk walk. Already moving? Mix that up. Instead of walking try a bike ride. Sometimes you have to shock the muscles.
4. Pre-op would you have been happy to be in the 240s? I keep reminding myself when I get upset that I would have done anything to be where I am now when I was at my heaviest.
You're doing a great job Ken. I am blown away looking at your avatar now and comparing it to where you were at first!

I normally stay at the same weight or gain or loose 2 or 3 pounds every day or so. I was loosing each day.
I guess I am eating the same each day. I don't get a lot of exercise, but I have started riding my bike. Normally about 7 miles per trip. I dont ride daily, maybe weekly.
240s are great, but still off my personal goal and my doc told me I should loose for 12 for 18 months and it has only been 7 so I am looking for a lot more weight to drop.
