I do like having a daily update on peoples lives, a what are you eating would probably be good for me as I desperately need to get back on track, same with exercise, recipes would be great, ideas for how to get my family to eat healthier, and I love the idea of success and accountability.

  The idea of having a weekly roll call and sharing recipes and food ideas would keep me coming back. I will continue to do the daily posts, also.

I really like the weekly roll call idea!  For topics I think we should have a good mix of ways to get started (for the newbies) and tricks for staying power (for the grads).  Overall, at this point I'm here for others.  And the reward in that is that it keeps ME on track.  I remember when I first came to this board I soaked up every bit of info that I could.  And now that I'm into my regular day to day schedule that works for me and maintenance i find that I'm just doing the accountability thing and enjoying so much reading about newbies journies.  :)

I do admit my absence of late (maybe three months now do to personal reasons) has really bothered me and I really hope to turn that around and devote more time to my home base board and OH in general.
