What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning and Happy Memorial Day.  It feels like it is going to be a bit on the humid side today, so make sure that you stay hydrated.

Many of you will be enjoying BBQ's with family and friends. YOu know...those are GREAT times to be active. Have a volleyball game, low impact race, or take a walk to catch up without the kiddies.  Sitting in a chair under a tree is great, but so is moving.

SO...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Well, since I didn't get in my long run yesterday, I'm getting ready to head out to enjoy that. Plus, I have heavy weights to do today.  But, that's a dvd that I can enjoy indoors when the rain starts coming in.
