What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics!

Another beautiful day is ahead of us - take advantage of it.  Get out there and enjoy some time with you family.  You can walk, take a hike, go swim, go for a bike ride.....anything that gets you moving.

So what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  I getting ready to head out for a 4 mile run, and then 20 minutes of yoga to stretch out my muscles.  Gotta get it done early because hubby and I are going riding today and I want to get a jump on the traffic.

Good am! Its already gorgeous out! We've got lots of errands which = lots of walking today. Nature is good! :) Enjoy your ride!
