Monday? Already?
Good morning all!! So how was your weekend?
Mine had it's ups & downs. Enjoyed time at the farm, in spite of the screwball weather! Was gonna ride Sage on Saturday but mid-day it was so hot & humid, I opted to be smart & not ride him. Instead, Matt & I grabbed up the 4-wheelers & followed the riders. Cutter is coming along very nicely for Mike. After a short ride, they did some neck reining exercises for the new horses. I always love watching Dennis train us...he's so amazing. Even though I wasn't riding, I still paid attention to the lessons so I will know what to do when I'm on Sage.
After dinner, we all jumped on 4 wheelers & headed out for a cow check. Got to see a calf born!! He's a big one too...wow! Dennis decided to move the herd but leave the Mama & new baby there. Well, that became a race against time as a huge storm was bearing down on us quickly.
Sunday was chilly & blustery & horses tend to act goofy when it's windy. So instead time was spent cleaning out the barn stalls, then wormed & de-liced the horses. Goofed around on the 4 wheelers more, then moved some hay into the barn. All in all, a good working weekend, but all stuff we like to do. Had a short peaceful moment...sitting on a 4wheeler at the top of a hill that looks down on the whole magnificent sight of the farm...watched the hay fields waving in the wind...it was like watching a green ocean.
Matt & the dogs headed home early Sunday afternoon. Mike & I left around 5, stopped for dinner at his fav Mexican place, then back home to watch the final episode of Survivor. I didn't make it to see the end though...I conked out on the couch. Good thing we have DVR...lol.
Today I business calls to make, pay a few bills, & then appt w/PCP.
So let's hear all about ya'lls weekend adventures.

Sounds like a wonderful weekend.
My weekend was spent in prayer for the most part...things are rather topsy turvy in my household but, we're still standing for the moment.
I'm spending very little time on the PC these days so that I can mend some broken hearts.
No real adventures to speak of this weekend...just a lot of family time watching movies and starting the healing process. I'm blessed to have a husband who gives second chances and children who love unconditionally.
Take Care,

Morning Beautiful! Today is my day off so I slept in some. Had a great weekend! Friday was date night for me & hubby! Very enjoyable. Saturday I did some shopping with a friend then she joined us for dinner and we just chilled out. Sunday was a lazy morning with hubby, afternoon soccer game, and then some errands and time with the girlies. Today will be a couple of errands and then some me time. I am loving it. Have a great day!
Hey beautiful!! My weekend was pretty busy. As you know, I was sick friday. Saturday my girls had their last dance competition. They placed Extreme Gold for both dances. It was a great end to the season. They have try outs for next year next Tuesday. Afterwards he headed over to the mouse place for a surprise family birthday party for Saji. I did not find out about it until 9am Saturday morning.
Yesterday, I mainly worked on school work to get get turned in last night.
Today, I have my girls meeting tonight. I will also probably stop by LB to get some new bras, the ones I have are to big on me.

Hey there! You have such an interesting country life. :) And wow on seeing a calf being born!
I had a wonderful day on saturday getting out socially. Heard music and met a very diverse group of people. Even came home with a piece of artwork with full contribution going towards autism. It was a good day.
Saturday evening was a first for me. I went out ON MY OWN to a local spot. I figured what the hell, I'm not going to sit home alone ONE MORE NIGHT. I did a quick in and out - one hour. Met a complete dud, but at least I was brave enough to do it. I'm a strong and confidant person, but my one downfall is that I don't do much socially alone. I always want a partner in crime and unfortunately that's just not available right now. So I'm going to get out there and find some people so I'm not such a damn shut in.
Sunday was emotional and anxious for me. I did alot of thinking and was super productive because I was trying NOT to do alot of thinking. LOL.
All in all the weekend had a super high and a super low. But onto another week and more fun to come!

Evening to you...
My weekend was a bit of me time and a bit of being with friends. Some gardening...some eating of local strawberries...lots of walking on our outdoor mall. Work went well yesterday and today. The folks in the group home are so great. Always pleasant and appreciative of what we do for them. Tonight we all went to Wendy's and had the best time. Lots of laughter and joking around.
In the morning I have to be at the house at 6am....get to leave work at 2pm. If weather is good, I need to vacuum and clean out the car. Also want to hit the gym.
Got back on my iron as I could feel my levels drop. Felt fatigued and chewing on ice. Headaches and confusion, also. Found an overthe counter 27mg Iron which may be doing the trick....the tiredness is fading and energy level is increasing.
Peace is all around me and within me...
Cindy
