I have decided to run my first 8 K on June 13. It is called The kings daughters4th annual runwalk for the kids.
I have been running over a 8 K ones a week at the gym so I figure I'm ready.
I will be posting pictures when it happens.
I am so happy that I can really do this.  I would have never thought I would be running this much a year ago.
Thank you for all of the support you all have given me.  I will be thanking of all of you while Im running.

YOU GO GIRL!!  Awesome, Christine!  I can't wait to get in better shape.  Going to a trainer for the first time after we get back from vacation (memorial day).  Ready to tone and firm and build some strength.  You are an inspiration.

Thank you so much.
There are some other machines I use at the gym.  I hope you find something you can use even with your knees.
Thank you again and good luck with handling your arthritis.

Do it up!!!

I ran it last year. It is a great run. Flat and over paved roads. You'll amaze yourself.

I'll be there too!

I had weight loss surgery. I did it the easy way.
