My husband was so proud of me yesterday, I walked for over 30min. it was slow and steady, however I purposed in my heart Ruby you cand do this and I did. Thanks to everyone who suggested to up my water and protein it really does work, I felt up to doing house work and walking, a bit tired this morning but it is off to sip sip sipping.

I had a call already today that a man died, so will go and visit his mother (she is 97) and his widow this afternoon. He has had alheimers and had just quit eating and everything shut down.
Sad way to start the day,, but really it is a relief as he has not known his family for years and he was only existing not living.

Yesterday was very hard on me. A lot going on and a lot to process. Please keep my family in prayer. We will have a very rough next couple of months. I do have faith in the Lord that it will all work out as is according to His plan.
Today is a doctors appointment in a few, laundry and some cleaning. Not sure what else yet. I go back to work next week so I have to get everything in order.

It was a productive day at work....tied up alot of loose ends. Had the privelege of working at a different group home....I like variety sometimes.
Stopped at the store to pick up some Iron and now home to relax. With one more day of work, I am looking forward to the weekend. Dont have much planned, maybe some gardening if the rain holds out. Loving the cool, dry air. Do need to clean off my porch chairs so that I can sit outside.
