How was your Monday?  Mine ws pretty good.  Got through work and then home.  Had a couple of friends over to watch the caps game.  It was a fun evening.  Nothing on the books for tonight and I think I will keep it that way.  I am feeling it is an early to bed night for me.  Have a great one!

Good morning beautiful.  Glad your Monday was good and that your Tuesday seems bland.  Monday was well...Monday for me.  It started off decent and then slowly got worse.  Steve and I went to do the billing and I got a rather stressful phone call.  It made for a touchy evening to say the least.

As for today I am asking all for prayers for me and my family.  We have a lot going on and I need every ounce of everything to make it thru this.  Today is most definately the most stressful day of my life thus far.  I am keeping all time open at the moment other than the events already planned.  I know I will need to be unbusy with other things.

Hope you have a good day!

Good morning all!!

Tammy-kins...I'm sending nothing but positive energy your way!!

Yesterday was busy, busy, BUSY!!  First thing in the morning I went to have some routine bloodwork done.  Had breakfast at Cracker Barrel & hey, it actually stayed down!!  Did a quick Walmart visit & WALKED IT instead of automatically heading for the electric cart.  As I told Jill, I cut my usual time down by not browsing, but I'm tickled that I walked it before my back started hurting.  Next, I got my hair done...no more gray for another few weeks.  Took my truck to the dealership to have the AC fixed.  Walked to a nearby gourmet restaurant for a really good lunch, then walked back to the dealership.  Made a visit to my firestation & got caught up with old friends there.  Don'tcha know they got two calls while I was there...soon as I heard the tones go off, my old adrenalin kicked in!  I wanted to go with them sooooo bad!  After that, made my way back home to fix dinner, watch some TV & some cuddle time with Mike.  He's on travel the rest of this week so I needed to stock up...lol.

Today I'm going shopping for some decent riding boots.  I'm just not gonna ride wearing my muck boots anymore...too heavy & I can't feel my feet in the stirrups.  Then me & the boys are gettin' busy with gardening.  They're gonna till the veggie plot so I can get in my seedlings.  Probably work the WiiFit with them too.

So, I'm off to find some boots.  Ya'll have a terrific day!!!

Hugs!
Ann

Hi Everyone,
Has been some time since I visited the boards. Last Thursday I had my annual visit with Dr. Schirmer. In June I will be 8 years out. In a year and with two major surgeries I have lost two pounds. Dr. Schirmer didnt seem to concerned, but I know that my grazing is what did it. Talking with the nutritionist, I was able to come up with some strategies. Hope that with increased exercise and less of the graze eating, more weight will come off by next year.
Time away from the boards has been taken up by my part time job....ushering at concerts, NASCAR, etc. This week I have been able to breathe as events are slowing up. With UVA graduating this weekend, things will slow down even more which means more time on the boards.
Lately, I have felt tired and sluggi**** may mean that I am anemic and need to increase iron intake. Placed a call to my doc today. Also, my left elbow seems to make a cracking sound when I use it in certain ways and the fingers have a tingling feeling at times. When I see the doc soon, I will mention this to him. A while ago I had carple tunnel and it went away. Not sure what is going on with the elbow.
Aside from this, I am doing well.
    Peace,
     Cindy
