hey there
Just checking in after a very loooong week. Sunday, May 3 rd , my hubby Leo fell 7 feet from a ladder onto our concerete driveway. (He was working on the HONEY DO list)
His primary injury is a shattered forearm, and dislocated elbow. He had a mild concussion, multiple bruises and contusions. That night Leo had emergency surgery to fix the arm. I know he will be setting off metal detectors now with the screws and long plate he has holding it all together!
He went by Ambulance to Sentara Virginia Beach General and was released on Tuesday PM. The hospital was good. The nurses superb. I waS allowed to stay in his room 24/7 which I did for the first 40 hours or so.
This Saturday he will walk with his giant cast like splint to receive his BA in Human Resources.
will check in ASAP

Jen,
I have missed you so much! I am sorry to hear about Leo's fall but glad he is doing better. Please send him our Love and give him a hug for me. You are an awesome wifey to stay by his side for 40 hours straight! Congrats also on getting the degree. He will have some story to tell about those pictures for years to come! Love the new avitar!
