Daily Inspiration - Gas up.

Gas up.  
Like any machine, your body functions only as well as you treat it. It needs healthy "fuel" to run smoothly, and if it doesn't get it, it becomes sluggish. Just as a machine rusts and freezes up when it is not used, the body stiffens and atrophies.   Consider your own situation: Has improper maintenance been your policy for years? Do you feed your mood even when the food is counter to what your body needs? When you feed your body the right fuel, your mood improves and your body is healthier for it.  

Action for the day: Keep a food journal for a few days. Notice how your body feels when you feed it well.
