Best Way to Self Pay?

I have insurance that doesn't cover surgery, but I'm trying to get some pre op tests and things paid by the insurance.  What's the best way to finance the surgery cost itself?  Any personal experience with surgeryloans.com or carecredit? 

I'm in the beginning stages of getting all the clearances for banding surgery and am racking up the charges already! :)

There are a few options:

1.  401K loan
2.  2nd mortage/equity loan
3.  Carecard/Capital One/other credit card
4. Savings
5. Car wash (just kidding.....)
