5 months down Pre-Op
Just got home from the doctors office for my 5th month checkup. I have lost 11 lbs this past month :) It wasnt easy but not terribly difficult once I applied myself to it. I lost 4.8lbs just last week using the Weigh****chers system. My blood pressure is down and I am feeling wonderful!
Only 1 more month to go before I can submit to insurance for approval. I must admit I am getting nervous about that! What happens if they deny it? Where do I go after that?

Great news on the 11lbs lost at this months check up. I say #1 stay positive that you have taken the steps you needed to take and your insurance will not deny you. Should they deny you #2 you have to stay calm and go through the appeals process with your office. Best of luck in the coming months!
