What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Happy Friday!!!!!

What a purty day it is out there.  I was up early and have already gotten in my run (ok...the run stunk really bad) and worked out with my weights dvd. 

Why did the run stink?  I woke up dehydrated and ate garbage the past 2 days (celebrating my new job and went a little overboard).  What's the lesson here?  If you are going to workout like an athlete, you must EAT like one too.  Clean eating is the ONLY way to properly fuel the body for the physical activity you enjoy doing.  It's no different than the fuel you put in your car.  If you use the premium fuel, your car will perform very well....if you use the watered down fuel, well you car's system gets gunked up.

Lesson learned!
