What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Ok...not sure if it was the weather, or what it was....but I went home yesterday and just died.  I got my ab work done, and started out on my run and just could not do it.  Maybe it was the treadmill, I just do not know.  So, I took yesterday as a rest day.

But, sometimes that happens even to the best of us.  We all have days where we just cannot get into the game.  It's ok.  Just don't make it 2 or 3 days in a row.  Let your body rest, adjust your calorie intake for the day and move on.

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  I have weights today and I plan to either do an easy 3 mile run or 30 minutes on the ellipticle.

went to the gym at 5am, did 10 miles on the bike, switched from fat burn to cardio,  boy did that make it HARD!  Then did some ab and thigh weights.  lys
