What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics.....

It's Monday....time to set up your goals and challenge yourself.  Add an extra 5 minutes to your walk, use 5 pound weights instead of 3 pounds, or heck...do 4 days this week instead of 3.  Your body loves to be challenged and will respond by getting stronger.

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  let's see...the calendar says lighter weights with more reps this month, so...it's weight work.  But, I plan to add a little bit of cardio.  Not sure what, but it will be something light.

Good morning Jill, It is pouring down the rain today so I am going to put some music  on and dance the morning away with Richard Simmons. I will miss my walk today so I will add more miles tomorrow. Hope to be back in Newport News Va. next Tuesday. Have a great day.

My moving today is limited to mainly housework and gardening today.  After I get it all done I am going to throw in the exercise video.  Really wish this rain would let up so I could go for a walk!
