What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????
Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics.....
It's Monday....time to set up your goals and challenge yourself. Add an extra 5 minutes to your walk, use 5 pound weights instead of 3 pounds, or heck...do 4 days this week instead of 3. Your body loves to be challenged and will respond by getting stronger.
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? let's see...the calendar says lighter weights with more reps this month, so...it's weight work. But, I plan to add a little bit of cardio. Not sure what, but it will be something light.
