What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning....Rise and Shine.....it's a beautiful day!

Time to get up and be proud of your accomplishments this week.  Did you get in all of your planned workouts?  Did you push yourself just a little bit more to challenge your body?  Did you try a new activity?

How awesome of you!

If you came up short, guess what....it's a new day, so it's ok!  Take advantage of the fact that you get to try again.

So....what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  I'm a little sore from yesterday's treat of a deep tissue massage, but will be heading out for an easy 4 mile run - today is the day that I extend my distance.  Then, I'll be doing LOTS of stretching.

Sounds like a great plan.  I just got back from a little over 4 miles and am resting with an ice pack on my hip.

Oh well...it's what happen with you try to cram 20 years of missed activity into a short amount of time.........

Go physical "exercise" but lots of mental exercise and standing!  my daughter got confirmed at church this morning, my hubby and I were guides to the whole class all nine of them!  they did a great job, but between pictures, services and reception i was standing around for about 5 hours! LOL  something i COULD NOT HAVE DONE 1 year ago!  I love my RNY!  I love jill for making me want to go to the gym, but my toes are just too tired !  love to all, lys
