What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
GGGGGOOOOODDDDDDD Morning, Virginians!
Happy Saturday!!!!! Looks like we might get some showers today (spotty), so it's important that if you are active outside, you check out the weather to plan your activity.
I know that many of you have soccer/baseball games to go to today. You know....you can be active during the games, too. Often times they need to arrive almost 1 hour before the game. Why not walk the field while you are waiting? Or take some exercise tubes, hang out under a tree and get in some bicep curls and tricep extensions (if you work bicep, ALWAYS work the tricep). I know....you say that people might look, I say...let them. Maybe it will inspire someone to get healthy, too.

Me? I'm getting ready to hit the road for an easy 2 1/2 mile run, then a 20 minute interval dvd and a 20 minute yoga dvd to stretch everything out. In fact, I'm leaving in a few minutes to get started.
AND....since I worked out 10 days out of 30 days last month, I am treating myself to a massage today. That was my goal/reward, and it feel good to have earned this.
So, until tomorrow...enjoy today!
