Happy Tuesday and all that stuff. Looks like another great day is in front of us - YEAH!!! Great walking weather, that's for sure!
I came across this yesterday and thought...how fitting!
We must all suffer from one of two pains - the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weights ounces, while regret weighs tons. - Jim Rohn
We sometimes forget that discipline is a huge factor in our success. Discipline in being active....discipline in eating clean....discipline in considering ourselves each day. Take today and remove regret from your equation.

Me? Let's see...calendar says 3 mile run and ab burner dvd. So, there. I said it...now I HAVE to do it!

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Good pm! What a GORGEOUS day this has shaped up to be once again! We just got back for a BEAUTIFUL, breezy, sun & butterfly filled 2 mile walk. I've been limiting my cuppa intake tremendously 2 2 cups per day and the rest is Crystal Light in a variety of flavors. I've cut back on drinking my protein drinks from 2 to 1 per day and have focused on eating more protein. I'm once again able to eat TUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNA so I'm really enjoying that.

Well today my sister and I are cleaning the garage and getting the lawn mowers ready to cut the grass. I am getting a work out doing these odd jobs. I went for a 3 mile walk this morning before I started cleaning. Rain is suppose to be coming in sometime late this afternoon so the rest of the day I am just going to sit and relax and enjoy the time with my sister.
