What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Fitness Fanatics........

Spring is here - time to dust off the cobwebs and move the body.

I must confess....my run yesterday totally stunk.  My energy and motivation level was just not there and my feet were like lead.  I gave myself 10 minutes to snap out of it and after 10 minutes was just not there.  Not even a fast walk was helping.  I tried, but am chalking it up as a no activity day.

But....today is a differentstroy.  I have a different attitude.  Today is heavy weights day, and I'm throwing in some ellipticle to maintain my cardio numbers for the week.

What abou you?  What are YOU doing to move today????

Good morning Jill well I am at my son's house here in cold York, Pa. Today I am going to go on my 4 mile walk and then start doing some spring cleaning like washing down walls. If it warms up more lat e this afternoon  then I will go for another walk with my son when he gets off work.

Good morning!

I started out the day with a trip the gym -- worked out on the eliptical machine and then the recumbent bike.  I am going to add some resistance training this afternoon.

Good morning - i did 1/2 hour on the bike at the gym and some ab and fly weights.  that is all!  lys

I walked 2 miles on the treadmill, 20 minutes on a stationary bike, and walked around my neighborhood.
