So I knew I had lost weight but I still saw myself as the 309lb woman I started this journey at. Well I took pics at Kings Dominion this past Sunday and compared them to last year.OMG!! I really have lost 65lbs!! I am so excited!! Just wanted to share the before and after pics with my wonderful OH friends.

Oh what a feeling Melanie!!! My doctor told me last month to carry a "before" pic with me because I often feel like the 347 lb woman I was before WLS. It does help! You should be so proud!! Way to go, girlfriend!!! Big hugs!!!
