I am thankful for chicken! It's healthy. It's easy to prepare. It's tasty. It's inexpensive. And while still alive, I think chickens are beautiful! I think I'll go make some yummy chicken salad!

I'm thankful that my mom is out of the hospital and is now in a nursing home/rehab facility that's only a 15 min. drive from my house! Plus, she's doing a little better everyday! Praise God!

I'm thankful for the beautiful day that allowed my son's class to go on a beautiful outdoor tour field trip of the State Capital, Valentine's Museum and a few famous churches. It surely was a gorgeous day for it!
