I have to make this quick, as I am SWAMPED here in the office.

So...here goes.....

What are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Let's see...the calendar says an easy 3 mile run and then ab dvd.

Good morning Jill, today I will be sitting for 5 hours, going to York, Pa. to visit my son, but I will get a walk in tonight, not along one but it at least its moving right?  I know that I will be get some exercsing in my friends do alot of walking and running and hitting the gym so I will be right beside them exercsing .

I will be doing lead lessons with Cutter & Sage this evening when Mike gets home.  Gotta keep reinforcing the training.  Benefits for me is I get to walk, walk, walk...up hill, down hill, on uneven terrain.  No need to add ankle weights cuz the ground is mushy & my muck boots are plenty heavy enough to get a good work out.

I'm going to a baseball game tonight.  So I'll swap my usual rest day with tonight.   I might do a few walks up and down the stairs in the stand just to get my heart going.

Today was doing inventory at work and I must have walked that store about 10 times and than lifting and sitting in the floor counting. Did all of this between 9 and 4 this afternoon. This is not what I usually do. I think that I am going to try and use my 2 lb weights and do some upper body workout. Like I have not done enough already.

Yesterday, 21st, I did 20 minutes on the arc trainer and then went to spinning class. I was wet from my head to my toes.
