What Are You Thankful For Today? -- Monday

On days like today, I am so thankful I live where I do.  I have lived many places around the US and the world, but I just love, love, love the East Coast, especially Virginia, and the constant change in seasons and weather.  As nice as it was to live in So. California for a few years (awesome weather and great beaches!) -- I found myself missing this area so much...and I am so grateful I am back here.  :)

I am so thankful for the all the thing s in life that God has given me. T od ay I am so thankful for my eye sigh t. Over the weekend I got a piece of wood chip in my eye and now I have to go to a eye specialist and get it taken out.  My appt. is at 1:30 . Say a little prayer for me.

Betty - i hope your eye is ok.  I'm thankful that monday is winding down, i'm thankful my daughter came back safe from her big middle school band trip to six flags NJ!  i'm thank ful for my health and my family and friends, both in person and on OHVA..lys

Today, a week out from my open heart mitral valve repair and cryo ablation heart surgery, I am very thankful for the skills, training, studies and guidance of my surgeon and his hands. And that God was helping, guiding them through my surgery.
