What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????

Good Morning Everyone....

Sorry I'm running late this morning - it's CRAZY!  So, I have to make this quick, so everyone can be accoutnable for their workouts today.

Only 65 days left until summer and my new bathing suits arrived yesterday.  They looked really good, but not good enough for me.  SO...I'm REALLY watching the eating to make sure that I'm eating clean.  AND...making sure that I get in all of my workouts.  I promised myself a deep tissue massage at the end of the month if i met 95% of my scheduled workouts and so far, I'm doing good.

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Schedule says an easy 2.5 mile run and ab work.  But, I think I might add in a little bit of interval work from my intervals dvd to add some endurance.  We'll see, because my hip is not bothering me today and I don't want to chance it.  Trying hard to listen to my body - and Ithis week 'm doing really well at that!

Good morning all....going to work at middle school bookstore, then to the gym, doing the bike today (10-11 miles) then some weights...hvae a great day!  lys

Would running around like a chicken with my head cut off count as exercise?  I hope so, cuz that's what's planned for today.  Lots of up & down stairs, lifting (some), packing, not to mention all the BRAIN exercise I'll be doing, trying to make sure I don't forget anything.  And maybe just for fun after all the work, some Wii sports...bowling or tennis or something.

Since I've never been to where we're going before, I have no idea what I'll be doing over the weekend other than some walking.  Because we're trailer trash, we don't set up with the rest of the reenactors who still do the tent thing so we're always a fair distance away so as not to disfigure the camp with our modern trailers.  I refuse to be babysitter for the trailers anymore!  I want to dress up & hang out with the other ladies, doing period lady things & in order for me to do that, I'm gonna have to walk to them.  So, guarantee some walking.

BTW, we WILL be seeing bathing beauty photos of you in your swimwear, yes Ms. Jill???

So where are you guys going?  I should get a schedule from you, because I LOVE stuff like that, and hubby and I are always looking for a place to ride to.

Bathing suit pics.....OF COURSE - haha.  Gimme 1 more month to finish the weigh program I am working on so I can see if I got the results I was looking for. (but the suits are REALLY cute, and with the new boobs.....va*va*voom!)!
