could someone please tell me what this is and how to do it. I have never heard of it, and I am only 9 months out and I feel like I can eat way too much and that worries me.
Thanks
Kelly

You can google it to get the details, but basically, you go back to liquids for 3 days, then soft proteins for 2 days.

For many it's a great way to get the carbs out of their system and to get back on track.  Did not work for me - I was dizzy, tired and became obsessed with food.  Kind of like when I did Slimfast many years ago.

For me, it's best to journal all of my food intake, and to really watch my calorie/protein/carbs/fats and to eat a variety of foods.

But...good luck!

I'm hoping Penny will see this and respond.  She just completed the 5 day pouch test in the last month!  She was very happy with what the results showed her.

Hi the website is http://www.5daypouchtest.com/plan/theplan.html I lost 3.6 pounds in the 5 days on the test. Unfortunately I have not lost any thing else in 4 weeks, but I do feel more in control now. Let us know how it goes for you.

Hi there.  I had thought about the 5 day test and I am thinking now that maybe I will try it.  I have been stalled for about 2 months!  I am hating it, but what do you do?  I am thankful that I am down from a size 24 to a 12, but I still would like to be closer to my goal at this point.  I have an appointment on friday, to see if I have developed an ulcer.  My one year check up is on May 15.  I have not had any problems up to this point.  I have some sharp, nagging pains in my sides, and they were once in awhile and now they are constant and worse when I eat so we will see!  So, how have you been?

My weight loss has really slowed also. Sounds like we have had about the same results. I went from a 24 to a 12 also. Would like to be an 8, but I'm happy now. I have to schedule my 1 year checkup.

I sure hope you are okay. It sorta sounds like gas pains. I use the Gas X strips on occasion. I will start to feel cramps, but the strips really help. Otherwise, I have not had any problems.

Please keep me posted. Penny
