Watch your carbs, protein and fat.

Journal every bite you take (and crystal light you drink)

Change your workouts.

Watch your sodium intake

Drink your water daily.  Strive for 100 ounces.

Daily visualize you stepping on the scale and your goal weigh coming up.  Relish in your joy of seeing that number.  Visualize each step in your weighing process......getting up, stepping on the scale, seeing the number (or whatever it is).  I know...sounds hokie, but visualization really does work.  Everytime you reach for something bad, visualize yourself stepping on the scale.  Constantly tell yourself that you will lost the 10 pounds.  Bring the positive energy your way.

Ditto what the others said and I just want to say I love using visualization as a means to stay on track!  Good luck!
