Morning all!  How was your Easter Weekend?  Mine was good.  Lots of fun family time and a chance to relax some.  I have to admit I am dragging this a.m.  Work is on the list for today and probably some running around with the kids tonight.  Hope you all have a great one!

Good morning!  My Easter was good.  We went to church and then just hung out here at the house.  Today is my baby's 16th birthday!  Wow, where did the years go????

It's rainy and dreary here in my neck of the woods.  Getting ready for work then a small family birthday dinner celebration for my son this evening.  Hope everyone has a good Monday!

Good morning everyone!!

I had a terrific weekend!  Saturday I took Mike to the circus, followed by dinner.  Then on Sunday, we had some quality time with the ponies.  Spent about an hour & a half in the round pen, then made two circuits around our front field...ALL on foot!  I haven't done that much walking in a long time & by the end my back was killing me, but it was worth it.  I worked Cutter cuz Sage was being a butt head.  Even though he 's still a bit skittish, I really got a lot of good work out of him...I hardly needed to even hold the lead rope...he just followed me around like a great big puppy.  He still looks like a chia pet, but once his winter coat is gone, he's gonna look sooooo beautiful.  Sage is already beautiful...lol.

This week will be full of getting ready for our trip to Ohio.  I have to do inventory on the horse trailer...period clothing, modern clothing, then plan out meals, etc.

My only real concern is what sort of reception I'll get from Lynnie when I see her.  She's one of the ladies in our unit...some of you may remember me mentioning her last year...the food nazi?  Well, she started her BS again & we had it out...sort of.  I sent her an email spelling out that she needs to basically mind her own business, stop judging me, stop treating me like I'm stupid, stop forcing her advice down my throat.  Because of her, I was ready to just quit going to events or the farm.  But after discussing it with hubby & a couple of other friends, it was decided not to give her that much power.  In her heart, I truly believe she THINKS she's being helpful, but I've told her before that she isn't helping, but in a nice way.  She's one of those types though that needs a house to fall on her head before she "gets it".  She's a thin person that's only had to worry about maybe 15 lbs in her entire life.  She was against my have surgery from the git-go & made her feelings known with no uncertain terms.  I've been patient with her for waaay too long & now I'm just done.  So this weekend should be interesting.

Anyway, lets all have a terrific week!!

Hugs!
Ann

Hello, I had a great Easter weekend. Most of my brothers and sisters (I am the youngest of 10) came over to my house on Sat. We let all the kids hunt for eggs. We put money in for the teenagers. They had a ball. Sunday was church in the morning and night. We had great services.

Today I'm getting a new hairstyle I hope. I plan to just let her do what she thinks will look good.

Happy Easter Monday to all....
This morning I slept in as I am on vacation. Then it was off to the gym for a "spa" day. First I worked out, then got in to the hot tub. Now I am home to eat strawberries, cheese and crackers. Love this lunch. Also began reading 44 Scotland Street.. Looks like rain for the next day or so, so reading sounds like a great thing to do. HAve some art projects lined up, too.
Going outside to do some chores before the rain actually begins. Looking forward to working the Dead concert on Wednesday...this weekend means Dave Matthews is performing in C'ville. Working that concert, also!!!!  Peace, Cindy
