Good Morning, and Happy Monday.....UGH! I hate Mondays!!!
Hope everyone had a GREAT weekend and a great holiday! It's Monday and time to recommit to our goal of being physically active.
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? The calendar says that I'm doing heavy weights and 40 minutes on the ellipticle. I may even throw in some extra stretching for my hip and lower back.
