Good Morning, and Happy Monday.....UGH!  I hate Mondays!!!

Hope everyone had a GREAT weekend and a great holiday!  It's Monday and time to recommit to our goal of being physically active.

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  The calendar says that I'm doing heavy weights and 40 minutes on the ellipticle.  I may even throw in some extra stretching for my hip and lower back.

There is a hill near my house. Whenever I walk I just go half way up and then turn back. My goal is to make it up that hill. If the rain holds off I'm going to try today.

Morning Jill.

I'll be doing 30 min at 15% incline today on the treadmill and tonight is also upper body weights.

Did 10 miles on the bike at the gym, and some ab work, possibly a 3 mile walk with my kid when she gets home from school...we will see...lys
