Just want to say hi

My name is Donna and while I have posted here in the past, my posts have been few and far between.  I have decided that I need to try to be more active on these boards ~ especially my home state VA board!!

A little about me ~ I was born and raised in the southwest corner of VA (about 2 hours south of Roanoke) in a little bitty town called Tazewell.  I moved to NC i***** and moved back to VA in 2007.  I have a 16 year old son who is my light.  I am getting married to the most wonderful man in the universe on April 24th and I am very excited about that!!!!!   He and I are going to Gatlinburg, TN to get married ~ just the two of us.  I can't wait!!!!

I work in the medical field as an insurance representative.  I'm a problem solver, I guess.  My job is trying to get denied claims for our practice overturned.  It can be kind of challenging sometimes!

Well, I guess that's all for now.  I have been reading this board a lot and look forward to getting to know everyone on here.

It's a pleasure to meet you too!  I am trying not to get overwhelmed with the wedding plans but it's hard!!!  We were going to have a "small" church wedding here in town, but it kept growing bigger and bigger so we decided to kind of elope I guess you could say.  Yep, only 11 more days!!  Woohoo!!!  I will definitely be posting some pics as soon as we get back.

Donna   Welcome to the VA forum.    Congratulation on your upcoming married.  We have something in common.    I married just 4 years ago after being divorce for 20 years.
