TGIF!!  Hope everyone has had a good day. 

PB - Skinny latte
B - Carbmaster Yogurt with Kashi High Protein Cereal
L - 1/2 burrito bol at Chipotle with chicken, black beans, very little rice, salsa, cheese
S - FF popcorn
D - grilled chicken breast and small salad

Water and vitamins check.

After work it is hippity hoppity to the gym :)

B - oatmeal w/walnuts/sf maple syrup
Late lunch - salad/french dressing/deviled crabs
Dinner if any- salad/
Snack - banana

Pre B- 2 cups of coffee with SF Vanillia Syrup and soy milk
B- Achieve One with Soy Milk
L eggs, with mayo, cheese on a half flat out
S Low Fat Cobly Cheese Stick
S- SF Vanillia soy latte with protien
D- A couple bites of my meat from my salad.

Lap Band on 07/16/07 with
Had kind of a blah day.

Brunch  stir-fry with egg

Snack  100-cal chocolate something ( I must be hormonal)

L  slept through it!

D  the marinara sauce with ham & kielbasa that Nino made from scratch...I skipped the pasta

S  handful of raisins

All my water, missed AM meds but got PMs, about to start 3rd 32-oz water jug, no exercise.

Not such a good day.
