What are YOU eating today - Thursday?
Been a little busy today...hope everyone is great on this "almost Friday"
Pre B - Skinny Latte
B - Carbmaster yogurt with 1/2 cup Kashi Hi Protein cereal
L - 1/2 talapia fillet, 4 shrimp, 1/4 cup broccoli
S - maybe some light popcorn
D - making chicken fettuccine alfredo for son at home but will eat the chicken and a small salad
Water, vitamins are in check

I had a TERRIFIC day today!!!!
B...None, cuz I saw Dr. Mo & didn't know if I was getting a fill or not. Not supposed to eat if I'm getting a fill.
L...I ORDERED triple fajitas from Chili's, but only ate one tortilla filled with steak, a little sour cream, a little guacomole, grilled onions & peppers, a few chips with salsa. Brought the rest home for hubby's dinner.
S...one small Ghiradelli dark chocolate square (rare treat!)
D...Cindy's left over cheese quesadillas & 5 of my left over grilled shrimp
Did my meds, on my 2nd 32 oz of water, got enough exercise running around stores with Heide & Matt! I'm pooped!!!!
