Did ya'll see the snow flurries this morning?  Crazy weather....

B - Carbmaster Yogurt with Kashi
S - Skinny Vanilla Latte
L - Sushi and Baked Lay's potato chips
S - none
D - Either grilled chicken breast and green beans or some chili
S - Nectar protein cappucino

D- Tacos made w/ground turkey/cheese/tomatoes

Pre B- cup of coffee with SF Vanillia syrup and soy mil
Pre B- Acheive One with 6 oz of soy milk
B- 0% plain choboni yogurt with french vanillia splenda and bare naked high protien gronala
s-some sea salt soygen chips
L- salad with spinach leafs, pepper, chicken, egg, ham, cheese,and jalepneo peppers from shoppers (the small container I get will be 3-4 meals)
D- 3/4 of a low carb wrap with low fat mexican cheese and a little bit more of my salad.

I was so proud of myself today.  It was my bosses bday. I ended up buying her a cake.  It was a blackforest cake with whipped icing.  I really thought long and hard about having a tiny piece.  I am the type, I will induldge but I make the decision with 100% confidence about my decision.  And I enjoy what I decide to enduldge in.  It keeps me from feeling guilty and not making implusive decisions. I made the choice not to have any and I stuck to it.

Today hasn't been a good day food wise

B- 3 cups coffee  w/ splenda and FF creamer

L- peanut butter and jelly sandwich

D- spaghetti (ground turkey, sauce, whole wheat pasta)


No snacks today as I have been too busy to even think about eating but I did get some food in me.
