What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Everyone....
Rise and shine! It's a new day with new commitments to being physically active.
Now, I know for many of you this is a very difficult task because you just dislike exercise. Well, today, I challenge you to NOT do any exercise. WHAT?!?!?! You say????? No exercise???? What are you saying?
I am saying just that. DO NOT EXERCISE.
Instead....be active. Just move around any way you ENJOY moving.
If you like to run, well then, run. If you like to lift weights, then lift those babies. If you like to take a long walk to clear your mind, then do just that. Just do NOT exercise.
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Today is a 3 mile run. Hip feels great this morning, so I'm going to see if I can pu**** just a little bit. Then, I'm doing a 12 minute ab dvd.
So....enjoy your day, and remember......

Going to try out my new belly dancing DVD - just going to close all the blinds first so the neighbors don't think I am having some kind of seizure as I gyrate my hips - wouldn't like them to watch how pathetic I look lolol ;-)) But I will get better!

I'm not quite sure what I will do today. I caught a terrible cold this weekend. I did get my walk in on Saturday before the cold hit. But Sunday all I could manage was the cooking (all though when I cook, I cook for the whole week at once so it takes about 3-4hours). Monday I was even worse, so I missed dance class (bummer) and just rested. I am back to work today, but still feeling a little worn out. I'm not allowed to lift anything till I get my post-op follow up (on Thursday), so weights are out. I guess I will try to go for a short walk, or maybe clean the house a little (goodness knows it needs it).
