Happy Wednesday!!!!!

I have to make this quick today as I have a lot to do at work - UGH!

So...what are YOU doing to move today????

Me?  Today is heavy weight day and light cardio (YEAH!).  But, since I did not get in my run yesterday as I had planned, I have to get it done today along with my heavy weights.  Man am i going to be tired.

Good morning Jill - after running errands with sarah this am, will hit the gym this afternoon to do at least 1/2 hgur cardio followed my a circuit of weights.  lys

Does chasing after 12 two year olds for two hours count for something?  I hope so because I am not up for much afterwards.  If not, I will be doing Zoomba at the support group meeting tonight!  YEAH!

In my book....yes it DOES count.  It burns calories and definately gets the heart up (haha).

Today will be a very busy day at at work as well. 

Gym - 30 min on treadmill at 15 incline at 4.0 mph and maybe 15 min on elliptical.
