I have to make this quick today as I have a lot to do at work - UGH!
So...what are YOU doing to move today????
Me? Today is heavy weight day and light cardio (YEAH!). But, since I did not get in my run yesterday as I had planned, I have to get it done today along with my heavy weights. Man am i going to be tired.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
In my book....yes it DOES count. It burns calories and definately gets the heart up (haha).
