I've had a crappy Monday, but that's a whole other subject. I do thank you for the positive sentiment though.
B 2 slices cheddar cheese, 4 oz 1% milk
L about 3 oz pulled bbq pork, 2 tbsp tater salad, 1 dry bbq rib, 1 very small corn bread muffin...all from Red Hot & Blue
D more of the same from lunch left overs.
Water & drugs all taken.

B: Protein shake made with FF milk
S: Kroger CarbMaster yogurt and banana
L: Salad with steak, feta cheese, toasted pecans, strawberries, and lite raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Dinner: grilled cheeseburger patty, salad with mandarin orange slices, sliced almonds and mandarin orange fruit essence dressing, and broccoli
