Hope everyone has had a good Monday.

B - Carbmaster Yogurt with Kashi cereal
L - Kashi Lemongrass Coconut Chicken meal
S- Pure Protein Bar
D - Not sure yet, but probably a small salad with deli meat and feta cheese
S - Nectar Protein - Cappucino

I've had a crappy Monday, but that's a whole other subject.  I do thank you for the positive sentiment though.

B  2 slices cheddar cheese, 4 oz 1% milk

L  about 3 oz pulled bbq pork, 2 tbsp tater salad, 1 dry bbq rib, 1 very small corn bread muffin...all from Red Hot & Blue

D  more of the same from lunch left overs.

Water & drugs all taken.

B- 2 cups coffee w/ splenda and FF creamer
     1 banana

S- 4 strawberries and handful of grapes

L- 5 chicken nuggets(baked) and 1tbs redskin potatoe salad

D- 3 chicken tenders(baked) 1/2 cup carrots

S- probably  handful FF pretzels  or peaches & cream yogurt

What I ate (past tense, but here it is):

Pre-B: lotsa coffee
B: Protein shake made with FF milk
S: Kroger CarbMaster yogurt and banana
L: Salad with steak, feta cheese, toasted pecans, strawberries, and lite raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Dinner: grilled cheeseburger patty, salad with mandarin orange slices, sliced almonds and mandarin orange fruit essence dressing, and broccoli
