S - 1 oz. London Broil deli meat
D - 2 cheese sticks, 4 pieces of sushi

Lots of exercise in the yard and house today.

Sorry I did not post to this until now. I was miserable last night. The allergy monster is back. Looks like my meds are not work and will need to the allergist.
Breakfast- egg, cheese, dab of mayo on a half a flat out. -did not eat the whole flat out
Lunch- Salad with chicken and few pieces of different melons
Dinner- Pork Ribs with low sugar BBQ sauce, spinach and corn.
Had all of my vits
ETA my protien drink = Acheive One with 6 oz of vanillia soy milk.
Breakfast- egg, cheese, dab of mayo on a half a flat out. -did not eat the whole flat out
Lunch- Salad with chicken and few pieces of different melons
Dinner- Pork Ribs with low sugar BBQ sauce, spinach and corn.

Pre-Run: Protein shake with 1/2 small banana
Breakfast: 1/4 cup cottage cheese w handful of blueberries, a few blackberries, 3 sliced strawberries and bee pollen and a baggie of Kay's Naturals Protein cereal.
Snack: Kay's Naturals BBQ protein chips
Lunch: Brisket and Chicken on salad. Lunch was out, so I estimated about 1.5 ounces of each, and about 2 cups of lettuce and roasted corn. NO BREAD OR APPETIZER
Dinner: 4 oz. Bison Burger on Ezkiel bun, 4 sweet potato fries and a few slices of grilled yellow squash (after riding, I was really hungry and we did not eat until really late).
Evening Snack: 1/2 protein drink (I didn't care for the taste), 1 sugar free jello cup with sugar free whipped cream
Confession: 1 bite of chocolate fudge

My fat is too high and my carbs is a little too low - I'll work on that today.
