Happy Sunday!!!!!!  Oh my goodness, it is going to be another beautiful day!  And along with it comes another opportunity to brush off the cobwebs and air out the lungs!

So...what are YOU doing to move today????

Me?  I'm getting ready to head out for another easy 2 mile run.  My hip is a little sore this morning, but no where as bad as what it had been.  I'll also get in some core work later today.

:) Yeppers, 75 here & SUNNNNNNNY! Gonna get in my walk (gotta charge up my iPod) and hang out in nature for as long as we can. In my lovely yard work/cleaning adventures the past 2 days I decided that I would pull something in my upper shoulder (right hand side) and my lower back is being tarded. My guess is between cutting grass, painting the gazebo flooring, cleaning massively inside/out that I (laughing cause lets be serious I'm addicted to cleaning & nature) I must have pushed myself (NEVA!). Oh well gotta work it out with walking.

We have a busy day planned with celebrating my youngest 3rd birthday with family, but I plan to take our puppy on at least one walk if not two!!

Dogs/Puppies are a great reason to get out there.  They LOVE the attention and the activity and it's great for us.

Hubby and I just came back from walking our 2 (instead of my run) and they are exhausted and I feel great.

Today is another day of working outside, then a long walk in the evening.

Morning Jill,

Glad to hear you and so many others getting out in this beautiful weather. I myself am staying indoors today and clean house. I enjoyed outside yesterday and put off housecleaning  so I must do it today..  Does scrubbing floors and steam cleaning carpets count as exercise?! LOL  I will get on my gym equipment today as some point and do my 45minutes... Hope everyone has a nice end to the weekend.

Jill - i've missed you!  thanks for posting.  I walked 2 miles to and from Mount Vernon with the dog, now we're going to go plant 8 azalea bushes...lys

I want to start something new today. I plan to do 100 situps everyday. I hope I can tone up my belly a little. I saw Valerie Bertanelli (sp?) on Oprah this week. She said she does the basics like situps  and pushups. I think I start this in addition to my other exercise which is mostly walking & jogging. I'm up to 3 miles on most days.
