What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Looks like we are going to have GREAT weather this weekend. Make sure you get out and dust off the cobwebs from your bones.
So....what are YOU doing to move today????
Me? Hubby and I are getting ready to head out for an easy 2 mile run this morning. Hip is a little sore, so I'm not pushing it. Afterwards, hubby and I are riding our motorcycles for the day.
Tonight I plan to get in a physical therapy dvd (15 minutes) and an ab dvd (12 minutes).

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Oh yeah! Its BEAUTIFUL outside! I've been up since just before 5am & enjoyed watching the sun rise & today its supposed to be 71 & SUNNNNNNNNNNNY.
Yesterday I got my walk in & then in the pm cut the grass! I am paying for it somewhat this am cause of my allergies but I've taken my meds, vits are going down & I'm about to head for the bubbles then outside to enjoy this day. Going to be painting our gazebo flooring among other outside activities. I'll get my walk in & some other chores done as well.
Enjoy riding the bikes & this grand weather.

Sunny days are the ones we live for. I am finishing up cleaning the house with a whirlwind of energy then I plan to take it outside and weed the flower gardens, do some raking and getting the patio in order for the season. I will definitely take a walk today at some point, probably this afternoon.

I do the same - Sunday's I usually grill many chicken breasts and make a few extra things (like yogurt bread, oatmeal, eggs/frittas, etc) to make the week easier to real with.
We should compare recipe notes. Especially with the summer coming in......
