Back Pain?

I was wondering if anyone else has back pains after WLS? Seems like mid-afternoon my back starts hurting, standing or sitting. I never had this before and wondering if it maybe a WLS side effect.

Ken - get it checked out, my back pain turned out to be gall stones, i ended up having it out last september.  is the pain on the right back below your ribs?  i hope this is not the case, but please see your dr.  good luck, lys b

I got the "Hutcher Special" when I had my WLS, he took my gall blader out.

Ken   Penny'sinfo were my 1st thoughts.   Although getting the weight off, I feel great,  I still have arthritis issues at times.   Change in the weather right now is a killer.   

  But if the pain is constant get it checked out by you PCP or call your surgeon..  

Gee We ladies need updated support with the changes.  Perhaps in a different way you may need some support.

I also had about a month of back pain in the fall of last year...about 4-5 months out of surgery. I posted it on the board. I was told that my body was shifting. I thought everyone was crazy. I spoke to my doctor and he said the same. He showed me some stretching exercises and that helped.
