Ukroup's 10k anyone else!!!

Good Evening everyone,

I finished the Ukroup's 10k(Richmond, VA) in an hour in half.   It was so much fun!! This was my first  marathon!!!

I'm a little sore and have a slight headache. but over I feel Great!!!!

I had my check up  the week before so everything was a go from my doctor. It is an Amazing feeling I can not waiting for my next check this sept so I can let my doctor know I did it.

I'm lying down relaxing for the rest of the evening..

I broke a personal record and finished in 53 minutes!

Sarah Nash also ran. I think she did 1h 10 minutes.

As Blair said, I did indeed run it as well and finished in 70 min. exactly - it was my first race, too! Are you going to do another one?

I walked it again this year...I think it was an hour 45...

Next year I'm running it!  I'm also planning on running the 5k in May...

Yes, I will try the 5k! I can't wait.   Hopefully we can all meet up one day!!! Maybe we all can celebrate at Tropical smoothie after the race is over.
