Thank you all...i would not have been 1/2 a successful without the love and support of ALL of you. Also, your vast knowledge about the process. I'm down 130 lbs (started at 340), i'm now 210 and holding. I want to lose about another 30 and then get the panni taken off. My only bloodwork issue is my vitamin "D", it is very low, i'm taking an little extra "D" and will get retested in 4 months. thank you all you ROCK. lys
