Norfolk/VB support groups?

hey jill!! We have our support group every 3rd thursday of the month at Chesapeake Regional, you're more than welcome to come with me.  As i've said before you aren't far from me and could easily swing by and get you, as long as you don't mind riding among the cracker and cookie crumbs my two year old leaves behind!!  Our meetings run from 6:30-7:30 and usually people sit around and talk longer.
