My goal

I completed my first main goal since my surgery. I was able to go to Busch Gardens and spend the day riding rollercoasters with my kids. It was great. I have not been able to enjoy doing that for almost 8 years.
The time of setting on the bench and holding everyones bags and drinks are over.

that is great..... :)      i hate having NO EXCUSE though.. rollercoasters and hiking and any thing that I used to use my weight as an excuse for..... oh jeeeeeeeeeeeesh. the beach...... FORGET IT. give me a dark smoky bar any day.... and black... long sleeves... i still wear them. ALL the time... lol

how come when i lost all the weight the varicose and spider veins didnt leave???

seriously though..... its great that you could go!      One of my fav things is being able to go on public transportation or to a movie theater and not being 'overflowing'......
