Good morning all - what's on tap for today?  me?  sarah has softball practice, and i'm going to the gym.  Hubby is working on taxes (ughhh), that always leads to a great mood! LOL.  I hope everyone has a great day. lys

Good Morning!  Sounds like you have a busy day.  Not too much planned here.  The girlies might go spend a few hours with the mom, my nephew called and he just has to come over to spend the night.  I guess we will see what transpires.  Tomorrow we might take advantage of the decent weather and take a trip into D.C.  Have a great one!

Well, it's no longer morning but let me tell you; I had quite a day!  My skinny girlfriend decided I needed a girly day of shopping.  So, off we went at 9a.m. and just got home at 6p.m.   I can'te believe I shopped that long and the worst part was I thought we were shopping for fun stuff like Vera Bradley purses!  LOL  Well, we did get a few pieces but most of the excursion was for me to be her personally Barbie doll!   Good grief - I hate trying stuff on!  But, I did it!   I guess I've been looking a little sloppy lately.   So, she made me get new bras, pants and tops and a pair of shoes! 

I have to be honest...this was hard for me.  I never spend money on me and maybe that's why I looked so bad to her! LOL  I also have a fear of trying stuff on and "Feeling fat".  I just didn't want to feel fat today. 

Well,  she brought me stuff to try on and lo and behold some of it fit!  I'm so used to my 32/34's.  I was shocked that I'm wearing 22/24's now!  OMG who knew?!  I sure didn't.  I got about 4 shirts, 2 capris and 1 pair of pants plus 2 bras (down from a 52DDD to a 44DDD).  I think She was more pleased than me because she was tired of seeing the girls hanging! LOL 

Now, I'm beat and glad I went but emotionally a very tough day!  Now, it's movie time!!!  Have a good night everyone!

Tina - wow! what a day you had!  i'm glad you bought stuff for YOU!  i still have trouble with it, and i'm almost a year out!  i still only have 3 pairs of shoes that fit (i bought #3) today, i had no dress shoes that fit (i do now)!  have a great night.  lys
