Starting day 4
Still on the 5 day pouch test. I do think my pouch is smaller because I tried to eat a burger for breakfast. I could only hold about half of it. I just went to the store to buy day 4 foods, like grilled shrimp, tilapia, and more lean ground beef. Tomorrow will probably be the hardest day as I go back to work. We are having a meeting for lunch so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (I'll just eat the meat).
