Speaking of "grads" am I considered one now? I always kind of thought passing the one year mark made you a grad. I'm not down with the lingo... ;)

Much as i would like to welcome you to the grads, I know some support groups won't let you join their grad group until you are at least 2 years ot more out. But I have no real idea if I am even a grad at 3 years out - I just think I am lol!

The OH grad board I think is for one year out and above.......
