Thanks for sharing this info with me Tammy. I've seen a few old habits sneaking back in. I hope this will put me back on track to get this last 39 pounds or so off of me.

Most interesting.   I do on occasion taste the carbs.   Dang they are intoxicating! 

May be something to consider every few months.

My weight loss has started to slow down. I wanted something to try to jump start that and get this last 40 pounds off.

I've also started reading a book that someone posted a little while back called Beck Diet Solution. It teaches you to stop and think before you eat something. I would highly recommend it.

Hope you feel better soon.I started day 1 today. I weighed in at 179.4 this morning. I was worried about the 2 days of liquid (remembering pre-surgery) but it is definitely not as hard this time.I know this is not intended for weight loss, but I hope to see a few pounds gone.
