I have been MIA for awhile and fell off the wagon.

Will you accept me back in my imperfection?

I have gained 3 pounds and have to see the bariatric surgeon next week.

Doing tread mill again, drinking water and trying to deal with food. But struggling.

Please do not feel bad it happens and you are getting back on track that is the most important thing. Just remember to excercise and drink your water and eat like you are supposed to and you will lose the weight gain plus some. Keep up the good work and we will always be here for you.

WEll, I personally do not have to accept you back because to me you just took a break and are returning to your extended family! You are ALWAYS welcome here! We all have moments and fall off the wagon. The important thing is that you realized it and are getting back on the wagon! I am here if you need anything at all!

I am down 1 1/2 pound since yesterday so 2 days on the treadmill, water, and being more careful with food is helping once again.

Hope the folks you evicted have someplace to go.

Jeane - don't worry, i've fallen off the wagon a little as of late and i'm seeing my surgeon next week for my 1 year checkup, i think it happens to everyone eventually, afterall, we areonly HUMAN. we will all be here for you regardless! lys
